Letter from our IDF soldier: Ruslan Radinovski (Summer 2020)
Posted on March 20, 2021
Dear Friends at Zionist House & RJCF,
Dear Friends at Zionist House and RJCF,
This is my second time writing to you, it's an honor for me to write these letters every time.
So, all the world is fighting the COVID19 and me too.
It's almost about 2 months that we stay home, all our life has been changed since this pandemic.
I started the spring semester and after a week the academy closes the doors because of the situation and after a week we started to
learn online in Zoom.
It's very challenging for me and all my friends, but we fight together.
I almost finishing my 3rd year in Mechanical Engineering and now because of this situation, we build our projects online.
I and my wife not working these days because everything is closed, my wife is a teacher and all the schools are closed and not
teaching online.
Our parents only calling and we do Skype almost every day.
But I see a good thing, maybe it's a time to stop a little bit and make a break for everybody and for nature.
At Pesach we try to stick this situation to the Agada, the Jewish people were slaves in Egypt and they came out from it, so maybe
its a sign that we need to fight back to think positive and be less egoistic and respectful for everyone around and thankful so we
can get together and the world can be a better place.
So, I hope you will be stronger too and healthy.
I appreciate your help, It makes me optimistic to know that there are people like you who are willing to help in such a tremendous
way.
Best wishes,
Ruslan Radinovski
