The RJCF mission is to preserve and enhance Jewish identity among Russian speaking Jews and to support Israel.

RJCF with the help from the Andover Outing Community is proud to support the Ariel Youth Theater / Video Studio and Theater Matara in the City of Ariel, Israel. The Andover Outing Community donated $2,000 for the RJCF Ariel Project this year.
