The Soviet Jewry Freedom Award
Lieutenant Commander Arthur Lindberg, US Navy for his heroic role as a double agent in the 1978 FBI sting operation, which led to the arrest and prosecution of Soviet spies. The US exchanged these spies for Soviet dissidents, including key "Samoletchiki," Eduard Kuznetsov and Mark Dymshits.

The Lifetime Achievement Award
Vladimir Bukovsky, one of the most famous Soviet political dissidents will be honored for his contribution to our freedom and to the freedom of individuals all over the world. Bukovsky was one of the first to expose the Soviet's use of, psichushkas, psychiatric hospitals against political prisoners. Bukovsky spent twelve years in prisons, labor camps, and psichushkas for his organizing demonstrations and various meetings.

Community Leadership Award
Maria & Dmitry Gofshteyn are outstanding community leaders who exemplify the motto: "Think globally and act locally." They support the arts in their local North Shore community by organizing concerts to promote young musicians, exhibits to support local artists, and fashion shows. They also formed a local Women in Business club. In Israel, the Gofshteyns pioneered the Children of Sderot project and have raised thousands of dollars to support summer camps for the children of Sderot.

Excellence in Leadership award
The Mayor of Sderot, Honorable David Buskila, for his role in guiding and promoting innovative philanthropic cooperation between the city of Sderot and Russian Jewish Community of Boston.
